Bloated after eating, how can i burn some calories off?!


Question: Hey i just went to mc donalds i ate so so much compare what i usually eat daily i usually eat under 300 calories a day just one salad with a potato is my daily menu but my boyfriend took me to mc donalds about an hour ago and i have atee so much i feel real bloated now i ate to packs of large fries, 4 cheese square things which were on the christmas menu, a large diet coke and a vegetarian spice burger but left most of it and i also had a choclate bar earlier omg, i feel so bloated and fat pleaseee some one tell me some exercise or something i can do to burn alot or some of this off and how long for. thanks soo much to who ever helps me.

why dont you for a run if its not too cold where you are or do some sit ups and stretch. Stretching actually does burn calories even though you may think it doesnt. Hope I helped!

P.S. Maybe you should eat more than 300 calories a day because now that you just ate all that Mcdonalds your body is going to store it all as fat because it thinks your starving it by only having 300 calories a day. Anuthing you eat from now on will be immediatly stored as fat unless you start to eat more calories per day.

If you usually eat under 300 calories a day, the reason you ate so much right now is because your body is starving!! Please get some help. You don't need advice on how to burn off the McDonalds, you need advice on how to overcome anorexia.
