Trying to lose weight?!


Question: When you are trying to lose weight and get into shape is it better to do cardio everyday or every other day? I was doing cardio everyday but I am not really seeing any results. I was then told that I should do it every other day because I am not giving my body a chance to rest. So which schedule should I do?

Im a MMA fighter and I do cardio every other day. 3 miles in 24 min. lift weights for 1.5 hours to lose weight you should do low weighy high rep. and then i go to class for 2 hours. Try calesthetics to those should help alot also watch what you eat.

In order to loss weight, you will need to find the root cause on your weight gain. Once you find out the root cause, you will be able to come out a weight loss plan that able to help to reduce your weight.
