Baked Chips.?!


Question: I was wondering if eating the serving size of those baked chips EVERY day is uneahthy and could make me gain weight.. And if it is how often should i eat the serving size in order for me NOT to gain weight.

I thought that since their somewhat healthier than the original kind AND im eating a serving size and not oveating it wouldnt be bad. Someone help me out here.

well, if you want to stay at your weight, I would recommend that you not eat chips, and eat something a little healthier. Well, if you want to eat chips, then try eating less than the serving size. I do that, and I don't gain weight. However, I try to avoid junk food, and I am still in the process of doing that. But make sure if you do eat more than the serving size, that you exercise those calories off.

I would be careful with carbohydrates & salt intake of those chips.

Salt makes the flavor, when fat is eliminated.

They are healthier for you, but you prolly shouldnt eat them everyday.

want some chips better than the baked ones? the fat free pringles are awesome!!

really need to consider what my co-workers and i use...they are recordings (some are cds some are downloads) to change the way you think about food and exercise. It totally makes you crave exercise (that was weird for me, 'cause i used to not like to do any exercise!)...and i get full on half portions...company is called Independent Achievement and has been written up in Healthcare Review as something that works.
