Best Muscle Buildup Excersize?!


Question: Im trying to build a good upper body now that i've developed that hormone, so what would be the best way to build a good chest, arms and shoulders? And overall the whole body? I know weightlifting, but what excersize to do on them, and how to do it? Thanks for messaging!

There are so many different types of lifts for all your parts of the body it would be almost impossible to list them all here. If you are just starting out I would suggest sticking with your compound lifts as your main lifts. For your upper body do bench press, for your back do deadlifts and/or widegrip pullups, and for your legs the king of all lifts Squats. It is important to work your legs for an even look and overall muscle building.
