What's GREAT exersizes to get a toned body? and when will I see the results?!


Question: This is the 2nd time asking this but I want people's different opinions. I want to get a toned body, not loose weight. What are some great websites that shows how to get toned:
abs
legs
arms
and thighs?
and when will i see the results?

To get toned
you should make sure you eat healthy and getting all your nutrition, drinking a lot of water, and excercising.
do 100 jumping jacks to pump you up ( it burns 20 calories)
do 100 crunches for abs
do 100 squats , and go running, or go to the gym and climb stairs
and same for thighs

I haven't got a website for you, however, I had five children beginning when I was just turning 16, and I will be 50 in February. Nobody believes I have five children, 6 grandchildren and my age. So...let me tell you what I did. I hope I can explain this right. My exercises in my early pregnancies consisted of; get on all fours (hands and knees). Bring you knee up toward your nose as you lower your head (nose) toward your knee. Touch your nose with your knee 10 times each leg, twice a day for about two weeks and then work up 5 more each leg every two weeks. Another words, in four weeks you should be doing 20 each leg. Another one; lay down on your side on the floor, your hand holding up your head so to speak, lift your leg as high as you can without pain, try to hold it a second or two before lowering it. Do this 10 times and switch over to the other side and do the other leg. You can increase these up 5 after two weeks too. I've never done more than 20 of either of these each leg. That is the BEST two exercises I have found for fast results. Also, the best "fun" exercises I have done is the Richard Simmons VHS/DVD tapes and they do work because your dancing and exercising and having a great time. He is very encouraging, and makes you feel important.! Have fun, dont hurt yourself, moderation is key. Also remember; its not What you eat, its HOW MUCH you eat. :) Good Luck!
