Actually in order to lose weight and keep it off you do need to eat regular meals, Do not skip breakfast, eat oatmeal, have some fruit for a snack and yogurt or a supplement bar. For Lunch eat soup and a salad. Dinner should be your lightest meal baked or barbecued chicken, salad, low cal dressing a serving of rice. Portion control is everything!
Also for people overweight you should not be working out in the morning it should be at night. Stay away from cheese and things with lots of Mayo in it as they add extra calories.
Your eating very little is causing your body to go into starvation mode. This means that when your body does receive calories it want's to hold on to it because it doesn't know when it will get more.
What is your height and weight and age I can tell you how many calories your body needs daily.
If you are serious you absolutely need to exercise. You can not get around this and if you are your looking for a quick fix and will only end up gaining back any weight lost. 30 mins, at least 5 times a week, 3 times a week is a myth and only some will ever be able to keep weight off with the bare minimum. Walk but try to build your body up to being able to run for at least 30 mins in order to give your body max burn. Take a spinning class, that will whip you into shape very quickly, you will lose weight and build endurance. But beware it will kick your as*.
You also need to add weight training because the muscle you build will eat calories faster then fat.

Also the girl above is wrong do not split up your daily work outs.

no you need to eat a little ever couple of hours to keep your metabolism going and you NEED to excercise at least 3 times a week

No this really isnt all that good..
To lose 10-20 pounds in two weeks you do the folowing..
Eat under 800 callories
Do cardio two times a day
Do 30 crunches a day
Drink lots of water
And Repeat!!
Also its good if you eat a bigger
breakfast than anything eles because it mkes
the mattabalizem speed up!!

It's a very bad way. You should eat a balanced diet. You don't have to exercise (If you only want to lose weight not to have a sexy body). I have lost 20 pounds easily three years ago and I'm still the way I am since then. My advice is: Eat a balanced diet (But less carbohydrates and more proteins) you can eat chocolate or cake once a week.

Thats the worst thing you can do for your health.
