How do I make myself throw up more easily and quicker?!


Question: Everytime I've ever tried it takes forever to get even a little food up.

I know its a horrible question..and I know I need help..and I know there are healthier methods of losing weight..and blah blah .i know exactly how to lose weight in a healthy way (I've lost over 70 pounds the right way). But it's just so hard sometimes..and I just want to do it for a couple weeks..(I had foot surgery and can't walk at all. I wont be able to really exercise hard for atleast 2 months).

right after u eat, try this. if u can burp whenever u want, just do the same thing, or a really similar thing. and if that doesnt work then try drinking aton of water really fast, try it again. or if you drink a cup of luke warm water with salt in it, that uassally works. if the salt thing doesnt work the first time, u need more salt. and for ur teeth, try brushing them right after, so that they dont erode as much or as quickly.

eat a mouth full of nasty food...
or stick ur hand in the back of ur month...

You know, its really sad to see that people are doing things like this. You're not only causing another problem for yourself, but you'll probably affect all your friends and family. Not to mention little brothers or sisters that look up to you.

Why don't you take a few books out on healthy diet and weight loss, and think your whole plan over again?!
Not only do I hate the question, I hate how your dealing with the situation!
Get a life. Foot surgery? You can do dumbell excercises while sitting on the couch.

And yes, you need lots of help. I'm sorry, but its just there are so many things wrong with what you think about losing weight and being healthy.

Please think it over!

drink alot of water first,then just use the handle of your toothbrush,it gets easier the more you do it.

i know you said not to answer if you dont like the question but, making yourself throw up isn't the best choice for losing weight...yeah, it works but that can cause long term effects like erosion of your teeth (due to the stomach acids)

why don't you try eating the reccomended amount of food per serving or keep track of calories or something?!

please dont throw up!!!! its the worst possible way to lose weight and can cause major medical problems. consult your doctor/physician and try to get some help!!! be happy with the way you are. everyone is beautiful in their own special way. throwing up will change your self-image and change the way other people look at you. glad to help!! if u need any more advice, my email address is hydrolic19@yahoo.com. again, PLEASE DO NOT THROW UP!!!!!!!

ok yes it is a horrible question, you need to just wait the 2 months, and learn how to lose weight from the internet, and books. IF YOU PLAN ON DOING SOMETHING, DO IT THE RIGHT WAY. SELF INDUCED VOMITING IS A CRIME AGAINST YOURSELF. have patience and exercise in 2 months if thats what it is.

I know people who have put themselves in the hospital from bulimia. I know you do not want people who do not like your question to answer but I will do it anyway. Once you start forcing yourself to throw up it will become more and more natural and you will probably want to continue after your foot has healed.
If you don't want to gain weight the next couple weeks, limit how much you eat and get back to losing weight when your foot has healed. Also, an injury like that is not an excuse for permanately damaging your body.

arent u scared of whats gonna happen to ur esophagus and teeth? ur body is mortal, u cant get new ones when the acid has destroyed urs ?

Well i throw up everytime so its going to be easy to answer this question......how i make myself throw up is doing jackass stunts.....like for an ex. i ate my friends spit it made me throw up really quick......you can also eat really really fast and then stick your finger in back of your mouth....it always makes me throw up too......if none of these ideas work try to eat nasty food or let someone fart on your face.....i hope 1 of these ideas work....good luck dude!

Try using Ipicac... You can buy it over the counter... if you take to much of it and it can kill you; but it will force you to vomit... since you have a deathwish anyway, take more then one bottel. what do i care

go on a website that will tell you how many calories you need to stay at the weight you are now, there's an option where it says phisical activity it would be in bed or hospital, then subtract 400 calories to lose weight.

another thing is make a smoothie of juice from 4 oranges, juice from 1 grapefruit, a green apple sliced, 2 celery sticks, and a handful of cut nopales( a mexican item that is like cactus, make sure you take of the spines) you blend it together and you might need a glass of water added too, then you drink all of it, you could add a tablespoon of powdered flax seeds for more hunger control.

if you get hungry later in the day take slim fast or a salad with light dressing. in five days i've lost a lot of inches and 10lbs. and I didn't even exercise just daily movements, and if anyone says it's unhealthy, it's not, people say that because when you lose weight fast and then you could easily go to your old habits, but its not unhealthy. don't throw up i know a girl that died because of it.

It's not a matter of liking or not liking your question. I know how wretched it is to feel ashamed of my body and weight. I used to be bulimic, and occasionally during extreme stress I go back into that mode, but it is hell. I know it is hard not being able to get enough exercise because of injury. I sprained both my ankles within three weeks, and couldn't go running, or even for an aerobic walk. Please don't go the route of bulimia or anorexia. You are too valuable a person to put yourself through hell like that. Take good care of yourself.
