Breakfast...good or bad?!

Eating breakfast is a must. If you choose a skip, in most cases your body will go into 'instinct' mode and store (into fat cells) that which you eat during lunch. Three healthy meals and excercise is your best bet.

it will help you lose weight because when you eat breakfast, you dont snack on sugary or salty snacks mid - morning. I've had toast this morning at 9:30 and im still not hungry.. it also speeds up your metabolism but i dont no why lol! x

Nearly everyone knows breakfast is the most important meal of the day. If you skip breakfast that isnt going to make you lose weight. It gives you a kick start to the day so you dont crash at 11 am or whatever.

eating breakfast is really good...bcoz after having dinner there is large gap intake of food..having a healthy breakfast in the morning keeps u active and going..

Eat breakfast, it is the most important meal of the day. If you want to lose weight, then eat a healthy breakfast like oats or something. Someone on tv said that it is better to eat pizza for breakfast than nothing at all.
So EAT.

Breakfast can be thought of as a warm-up for your digestive system. I think it kick-starts your metabolism so that your body can easily digest the other foods you eat during the day; there is a lower probability of food being stored as fat.

Or you can think of it this way: if you eat breakfast (a meal at the beginning of your day), your stomach will essentially be "full" or busy digesting, thus decreasing your hunger levels later in the day - people tend to eat more than they need to when they're hungry (i.e. haven't had breakfast) and this could lead to weight gain. That isn't to say eating breakfast will make you lose weight; it'll just help prevent you from putting it on.

YES. dont skip meals, your metabolism slows down, and you end up GAINING weight. eat it.

a healthy high variety breakfast is for champions. gets your metabolism going. but it needs to be high protein and complex carbs like oatmeal and eggs and whole wheat bread. i notice that when i dont eat breakfst i always eat even more later cause i dont feel that mental and emotional satisfction of having eaten breakfast, dont feel that tie.
