Gaining weight help!?!


Question: Im going to be 13 soon and i used to be 47 kg now im 40kg (lost 7kg through out the year) 1.54m and - But i dont reckon im anorexic , im gaining weight on my legs a tummy how can i make this ALL dissapear without bulky image! please help

This may not be what you want to hear, but you are 13. Your body is going to go through alot of changes. And trying to look good before school shouldn't be about your weight, its whats inside. But I can say it would be a good habit to start training yourself to eat healthy and include exercise in your daily routine. Try jumproping, going for walks or runs, make sure you stay hydrated though. If your not a big water drinker, try adding a squeeze of lemon. Swimming is one of the best exercises since it works every part of your body. Try not to eat so much sugar. Eat lean meats, like chicken breast, turkey, lean ground beef. Stay away from fried foods. Eat lots of steamed veggies, instead of using butter, try olive oil since it is actually good for you and season to taste. Green veggies have the most nutrients. Make sure you drink 1%milk since it has less fat and still has all the vitamins. Don't over indulge on breads, but don't cut them out, try eating wheat or whole grain. Go light on mayo when making sandwiches. Peanut butter is very good for you, just go very lite on jelly.
