Whats the best way to get fit, and lean?!


Question: Do a lot of cardio. Walking, running, skipping, aerobics.
cut out bad carbs (anything that contains white flour), white bread, rice, cakes chocolate and lollies.
Drink heaps of water.
Eat lots of protein, fish, seafood, skinless chicken, eggs, veggies, no potatoes or pumpkin though....
Google 'low carb diet'. You'll find something helpful.
Also try to burn as many callories as you put into your body.
Cut your meal sizes in half, but try and eat 3 square meals a day. Big breakfast, medium lunch, small dinner. Do not eat after 7, and excersize in the morning if you can.

Most importantly, don't starve yourself, don't eat crap, and excersize every day for 40 minutes (or every second day to start with)

Read Muscle & Fitness Magazine. They have good workouts in there. Put them into action.

Cardio exercise... jogging/running, biking.. ect.

Anything that gets your heart rate up for at least 20+ mins.

Lots of exercise. And drink a lot of water.
