Confusing calories.?!
Question: well i'm about 5'1 and i weigh like 120 pounds. i am not fat and i don't think I'm fat but I'd like to see my runner's curves back again and maybe drop a couple of pounds. I am trying to count the calories I eat each day but I don't really know how many I should be consuming each day and I don't really know how to count the calories of things like meat and vegatables without health labels on them. Any advice here? thanks =]
