Are their any Harmful or negative effects of PEPSI or COCA COLA on human Body?!

Question: Sure, if only cavities from how sugary they are.
Plus, caffeine isn't that great for you either.
Also I'm sure you've heard the stories about how if you leave a nail in Coke for a week it will dissolve.

"Most nutritionists advise that Coca-Cola and other soft drinks can be harmful if consumed excessively, particularly to young children whose soft drink consumption competes with, rather than complements, a balanced diet. Studies have shown that regular soft drink users have a lower intake of calcium (which can contribute to osteoporosis), magnesium, ascorbic acid, riboflavin, and vitamin A. The drink has also aroused criticism for its use of caffeine, due to the possibility of physical dependence."

Overconsumption of either leads to fatness. That's pretty negative.

yeah, addiction..i drink more then 8 cans a day man. its bad, dont do what i've done. cut down on drinking them becus they REALLY ARE ADDICTING!!!! try to only drink it at special occasions and such..and it really does bad things to ur teeth.

I cant exactly remember but coke damages the enamel of the tooth. Only if you drink too muchof it

Other than the unneeded sugar and the eating away at your teeth, they're just fine.

no specific links...other than the sugar intake...
However, diet sodas that now contain a sugar substitute...starts with 'Phen' has been known to cause cancer in mice and have not been studied thorougly in humans at all....these substitutes are also in 'lite' drink products such as crystal light.....they may be 'better' for you as far as your weight, but I would steer clear of them until their effects have actually been evaluated.

Of course there are

it's like drinking pure sugar

hell yeah they are harmfull
a bunch of students did an experiment in our school
they left a bone or a tooth or something like that in a glass of coke and 3 days after it disappeared

i use it to clean my car battery. works great on clearing off acid build up within seconds.

There are no drinks enjoyed more throughout the world than soda, particularly Coca Cola brand soda. However, many people do not consider the health concerns linked with soda. Like most other sweets, such as cake, ice cream and cookies, it is fine to have a soda once in a while. But many people drink over a can a day, without thinking twice about what exactly they are doing to their bodies.

Coke contains over 70 grams of sugar per 20 oz bottle. That relates to about 300 calories, all from sugar. So if a person drinks two bottles of Coke in one day, that's around 600 calories - close to 1/3 of the amount of calories you are supposed to take in for an entire day. Not only that, but these calories come from an artificial sugar - high fructose corn syrup. This sugar has been linked to diabetes and insulin resistance.
