Is this a good way to exersize?!


Question: Ok so I run up and down the stairs 100 times and when I touch the stairs with my hands I have to run another one. Oh and putting water and food there and when I drink its 5 more and when I eat its 20 more...but im not hungry right now so just the hand right now.

what you can do is do cardio to lose weight you cant go to a gym or just go for a jog....also if you want a tone body you should do plenty of sit ups and light weigh weight training....do a lot of repps and not to many sets so for example curling maybe a 10 pound weight do that about 30 times in one set and do about 3 sets. light weight with alot of repetitions gets your body tone. doing cardio work outs like running gets you more skinny. also you cant really change your body condition without eating right so plenty of fruits and vegetables also jump roping is very good cardio.

You didn't mention how many steps you're going up and down. The best rule of thumb for your aerobic exercise is to double your resting heart rate for 30 minutes 5 times a week. If you exceed this it will be fine, but really unnecessary. What you will find though is that once you begin to work out it will take more and more effort to get to that doubled resting heart rate.
