What's the best way to make your thighs smaller?!


Question: I've been working out my body, but my thighs are really my main target right now! I ALWAYS jog and it seems like muscle is just building up in some areas. I really want to get rid of the fat in my upper inner thighs, near the vaginal area.

SOMEONE HELP?! Oh, and does anyone know a really effective diet plan?

jogging is a good way of exercise, but doing the same type of workout is not effective try to switch it up like every week. another good workout for lower body is cross training backwards, or jogging backwards. I've started doing squats and it's really helping (remember to have your legs widened when you do them, that way, you use your Adductor muscles which are you inner thigh muscles.) also there's a machine that works your inner thighs. i don't know what it's called but you sit on it and push something like a board using your legs. if you widen your legs and push the board, you also use your inner thigh muscles.another machine that you can find in almost every gym, is something that i forgot the name but it's like this machine where you sit and widen your legs and you have to contract the thighs to bring them together and repeat. there's one more! hold on to the machine and pull the cable that's connected to your ankle across the support legand for diet, eat everything even chocolate but just a little bit. if you half whatever you normally eat, it'll be more effective than if you do not eat some certain types of food which causes craving and one night before you go to sleep start eating it as much as you can! and stay off the scale! that's right! it helps. admit who you are and the body that you have. there's a lot of people heavier than you. don't worry. just relax and keep in mind that you are what you eat. don't try to lose too much weight over night, that's not healthy and you usually lose water weight rather than fat. eat your carbs too. they give you energy to exercise. just have everything balanced. that's what i did and i've lost a lot of weight. and i feel much better. oh! and one more advice: when you eat fattening food you feel fat. that doesn't mean you have to quit. you might've lost weight since you started dieting so it's okay it just means that you have to get up and go exercise! or to feel better, you can mix a tablespoon of vinegar with half a cup water and drink it. you can do the same thing with lemon juice too. that's everything i know that will make a difference. best of luck for you!
