Weight Loss??? Everywhere???!


Question: Please someone help...I just had a baby a couple of months ago and I am still kind of struggling with baby fat...I only weigh 125 pounds but Im not in shape its just kind of jiggly and flabby. I want to be in great shape for the summer. I want my legs to be rock hard, with a tight stomach and another thing I have struggled with is my hips. I cant stand them. They are just to big for my body and I need to know how to get all of this stuff in shape in about 5 months....If someone knows foods I can eat and excercise and workouts I can do everyday that will get me in great shape PLEASE HELP!!!! I dont want hardly any flab on me anymore. I want to be rock hard or as hard as I can
