Excersize: Arms getting bigger...causing scratches?!


Question: I've been doing alot of push ups, and pull ups, and yoga, and so forth, and the back of my arms are getting more muscular. But I now notice there are light scratches on the back of my arms....new the new mass.

Is that because my arms are getting big rapidly, the skin is breaking?
If so, what do you do to counter this? Grease yourself up before every work out?

Your skin breaking is probably not what's happening to your arms, unless your skin is very dry! My suggestion would be to go to a doctor, preferably a dermatologist. Also, don't work out for a few days and see what happens. I'm sure this is nothing serious. Hope this helps!
