Creatine turns your muscles into sponges (not literally). When you drink water, the muscles absorb it readily. This is why people who take creatin see almost an immediate increase in muscle size. So the extra weight you have gained is just 'water weight.'

y use steroids???

yeah you should look into L- argenine.

I used to take Creatine several years ago and you do put on a lot of water weight. Not to worry.

Yes.

With the increase in water you should be taking and the increased protein you should be taking in. You will gain muscle weight

And to respond to a poster above. CREATINE IS NOT A STEROID!!!!

Hello:

People I know have had good results with creatine insomuch as their lifting numbers did just pretty quick, however I do not have any info on their weight gain.

My guess would be that this additional weight would be because of: 1) water 2) the fact that you are trying something different that you may be paying closer attention than usual...

To be honest I do not know if this is normal behavior, but to make sure to continue to monitor what happens, however I do not know of any reason why this would be caused solely by the creatine.

I hope this helps

creatine=bad

an amino acid complex=good
