Self-concious AFTER weight loss???!

Question: Just a heads up, this is not me whinning or complaining, its a true question...

Ok, so I recently lost 50 pounds that I had put on about 2 years ago, so in my eyes I am back to my regular weight. I;m average, not skinny, not chubby, a little athletic (bc I workout) but nothing crazy.

However, after I started losing weight, of course getting compliments felt good and raised my self esteem. However, some times I find myself on the defense and even more self-conscious when people bring it up. I

Questions start running through my mind:
Is that all they care about/see is my weight?
Was a really THAT fat?

I get kinda bitchy sometimes about it and I don't know why.
This also has lead me to having more pressure to lose more weight...even though I know I am healthy.

Has anyone ever experienced this? what is wrong with me???

ppl are naturally attracted to health. i wouldnt say your weight loss is all they care about, but they like to see that your on your way to getting healthy. you probably weren't "that fat" but any noticeable weighloss will earn you compliments,

Think of it this way: they don't mean that you were so fat before, just that you look so much better now.
