Is it reasonable to wake up at 5AM and exercise?!

Question: My son wakes up at around 6AM and I can't exercise when he's up. Once he go nap, I'm too tired to exercise and I rather nap or finish doing the house chores. On school time, I'm in school all day and by the time I get home I'm so exhausted. I want to start doing my exercise early mornings but I'm afraid I'll be tired all day because of waking up early.

Defenitely sometimes I wake up at 1 or 2 in the morning, but not when its cold like these days. You would feel good and look great! Ofcoarse there might be some days when you feel like sleeping that extra hour and you should, but for the majority of the days go ahead and do it!!!!!!!!!!!

its different for everyone, so it might be a little tough for you the first time, but it will get easier if you stick to it for a while!
good luck hun! xx

Actually, exercising during morning time has been proven to be healthy for you. If you don't overdo your workout, and just stick to one hour or a little more, you should feel more energized during the day. Best of luck!
