Ahhhh help!!!!? READ THIS!?!


Question: First of all, im not one of these bullimic girls so shut up.
A few months ago i weighed myself, i was 9 stone and apart from the puppy fat (lol) i looked good.

In this i look kinda frumpy coz of the big jumper.
But i think i look disgustin.. but thats coz my hair aint done properly and i couldnt be bothered to get dressed up nice.
I usually look like the second pic..but now a bit chubbier!

Look i dont care if you dont think im fat, i feel it.

How can i lose weight by the new year?????
Or at least summer?!

honey, first of all let me say you are gorgeous and by no means are fat! just eat healthy. eat plenty of fruits, veggies, raw (meaning uncooked) oils, nuts, seeds, and low fat dairy, and lean white meats, if you eat meat.
drink plenty of water and check your food labels! make sure they contain little sugar, NO high fructose corn syrups, and NO refined flours (in breads).
exercise at least 20-60 mins a day. i do cardio every other day and weight 2-3 a week. yoga and pilates are good for toning the body also.
but plz dont starve yourself! never ever! it will screw up your metabolism. ur a beautiful girl and you need to embrace it! live life and dont let food control you.
eat to live not live to eat!

You look nice,you don't seem like you need to loose weight but if you want to then just eat healthy and exercise,don't starve yourself or skip meals as in th end it will make you put more weight on.Your hair cut is nice!!!

I don't think your fat I like your photos but the best way to lose weight is exercise, reduce your intake of fatty foods, drink less alcohol,eat healthy & dancing!.

As you are putting on weight so rapidly, i would question wether you have an enderlying medical condition. So befor you diet, i would get checked out by your GP.

you look the sam when you were 9 stone and 11 stone. its prob just muscle

i think you look very pretty, but if u dont feel it then just eat less, dont snak, and run about more

Could try Slimming World - I was on it for a while and it worked really well, but I gave it up! I'm planning on dieting again in the new year - I weigh a ton! Well, almost. Also, do more exercise - if you've got a dog (or know someone who has) take it on walks (or longer walks if you already walk a dog) if possible... simple little things like that should do some good =)

wow, you are very pretty and look the best at 11 stone, really!!!!! you dont need to lose any weigh at all! stay happy , dont succumb to ideals of womens sizes ok, you are lovely as you are ok :)))))))))))

I wonder what you were doing a few months ago that your not doing now, were you just eating 3 sq. instead of snacking all day or walking a lot or drinking lots of water? It's been a few months, what habits have you changes?

I have to be honest, I havent seen the pictures, what is more important is how you feel in your own skin, and if its too much and your not happy and want to change it, your in the right direction to loose it and as long as you can stay true to the want to loose weight, you will loose weight. How fast is determind by how true to the motive you can stay.

If you want to llose fat, the best going rate is 2 pounds a week, any more then this and you will firstly be loosing water/fluid as oppose to fat, and secondly be reducing your metabolism so slow meaning that you will be loosing fat far more slowly and may even end up gaining weight.

There are tonnes of diet tricks out there but try to stay with the basic principal of 3 meals (or 6 small meals) a day, limit each day to 1500 kcals and dont even think about going below 1350 as this will compromisde your metabolsim. Diet tricks are often things you can add on top, such as cutting out alcohol, refinde sugars, wheat or eating 5 to 9 portions of fruit and veg a day...

there are tonnes of tricks you can try but dont go down the path of cutting out carbs or some other major food group (alcohol doesnt count as a food group btw so it can be cut out!) as your body becomes deficient in carbs and then when you eat the smallest amount of carb, your body clings to it and sends out massive cravings for more, it takes the will power of he-man or she-ra to stop yourself from caving into these cravings.

Finally and also most importantly, excercise! this will not only help you become more tomed, it can boost your metabolism and burn calories, just make sure you do at least an hour of heart raising/sweat inducing workouts 3 times a week, more if possible, for the effects to show.

And if you can, try to get some support in doing it, weather its weight watchers, slimming world or anything similar, just being able to talk about things can make it feel way more managable.

i would be happy to have your figure. and i aint saying that cos im fat r nething! ur hair suits u 2! anyway enuff of that lesbianism do it sensibly just cut down on fatty foods. crash diets will nearly always result in u gaining weight.

maybe you do not like the third one much because of the big jumper and your hair is not done?

To loose weight? Exercise, no snacking, and a healthy balanced diet. its so "easy". ;-)

If you don't eat breakfast your metabolism doesn't get the kick-start it needs in the morning. Slow metabolism = weight gain.

Exercise before breakfast and make sure you eat something in the morning.

And don't complain about not wanting to, my mum never wanted to but she had to 'cause of her diabetes. If you want to lose weight, you'll do what you have to.

Having said that, I'd advise not weighing yourself as muscle weighs more than fat. Go with how you feel and look.

Ironically that's the fastest way you will ever lose the weight, because the negativity towards your body you are carrying around? that will make you want to comfort eat more or perhaps not stick to a balanced diet and exercise or create some other self defeating behaviour. Think positive, try to watch a movie called 'The Secret'

1. simply exercise for 30 minutes or 1 hour a day, by lightly jogging or cycling. after 20 minutes exercising the body starts to burn purely the fat reserves we create by storing food. It is vital that you enjoy the exercise you undertake. and don't push yourself too hard, then its not work, see? getting to the fat burning zone is a lot easier than you might expect. get some tunes on your ipod for jogging etc. and learn to enjoy it.
Another technique which makes exercise easier, is using habit force, you know when you have a habit it makes carrying out that behaviour 10x easier and you do it without thinking or moaning and sometimes you even forget that you did it. I believe it takes 90 days of persistent repetition to effectively create a new habit within your life. Use that to your advantage.
