I ate 2 bowls of Chicken soup without the noodles and skin, Can I get fat from e!
Question: I ate 2 bowls of chicken soup with tons of chopped potatoes in it. Can I get fat from that, Isn't there good carbs and bad carbs. Noodles, bread = bad carbs
potatoes, fruits, vegetables = good carbs

and I don't want to break it even though I treated myself to some chicken soup this morning. I cooked it without pasta though.

I would say for 1 medium size bowl Chicken soup (even thou w/o skin) it probably has 150 calories in it.
With no pasta/noodles in, It probably has about 90-100 cal. good luck with your diets!
