Help with abs plzzzz?!


Question: in a month or two??? im 18 138lbs 5 10 everything i try isnt working im starting to give up, ive been working my abs for a couple of weeks and i dont see any improvements at all anybody know a good technique or routine/workout plan??

please dont give me websites i want wut u think works for you

well what works for me wont work 4 u...thats the thin..you just havent found what wroks for you yet..abs are funny..everyone thinks that if you do 20 billion crunches a day then youll get a six pack from heaven..WRONG!!! abd come from exercise but moslty from a good clean diet!! if you arent eating clean and drinking plenty of water and keeping your fat % down the all you are doing is covering your abs up in a layer of fat. try to eat cleaner, cut out fast food, pop, juice out, and eat healthy meals with water and see what happens...id say eat 5 small meals a day spread out 3 hours a part but most people dont want to do that because its the right thing to do but it just takes to much time to prepare the healthy foor u need to be eating. (sarcasm)

Dude I use P90X it will get you ripped in 90 day!! it has Ab Ripper X in the routein. it consit of 339 ab reps. in a row with 11 different exerscies without rest that you do 3 times a week! here is the link to find it http://www.milliondollarbody.com/store/v...

eat protein. good for muscles.

maybe u have too much fat in front of ur muscles but it doesnt sound like that from ur measurements.

Increase the amount of sit ups you do a day and also you should run to shed some fat which covers your abs, it makes your abs show more.

if your fat. like you know like chubby in the stomach area. sit ups aren't gonna help you at all. sit ups form the abs UNDER your aft so you can't see them. you have to run alot and do something for about 30 mins - 1 hr like running .
