What are some workouts/exercises I can do at home?!

Question: All I really have are two 5 lbs dumbbells
I'm looking for simple workouts/exercises (considering I have no real equipment) that could be done to increase strength and tone my body
Any help is appreciated

Here is a workout that I used to do for toning before I decided to join a gym. Do it twice a week, like Tuesday and Fridays. I don't expect you to be able to get through it all if you've never really worked out but it's a good workout.

5 sets of pushups, 30 reps each:
first 3 sets should be inclined, meaning your feet are elevated on a chair or couch.
last 2 sets should just be regular on the floor.

5 sets of crunches:
first two sets should be 60 crunches.
last two sets should be 30 crunches.

5 sets of calf raises, 30 reps each

5 sets of lunges, 30 reps each set (15 each leg)

I do have other things but they involve having weights and 5 lbs isn't going to do it. Have fun.

Run up and down the stairs. Great aerobic workout.

sit-ups or crunches
oblique sit-ups (like a sit up but you twist your body to one side)
push ups, triangle push ups, wide push ups
dips (done on a chair or couch, sit on the floor with your back facing the couch then you push yourself up and dip your butt to the floor)

Push ups, sit ups, squats, lunges, calves raises, leg lifts, theres many things you can do. With weights you can do bicep curls, kickbacks, if you have like a bench or something like it you can do flys, again theres many things to do.

5lb dumbbells aren't going to do anything for you. Put them away.

The military standards (pushups, situps, squat-thrusts, running, etc.) are the ones you're looking for. Keep consistency and commit to doing them every day. If they're good enough to get fighting men and women into shape, they're certainly good enough for you.
