diet pills are the worst thing for you and most of them don't even work! depending on how much weight you want to lose exercising is the best. Try going for a short or long jog around you house every day for like 15 minutes or so, cut back on high calorie foods and you can get diet snack bars at the food store and you can snack on them whenever you are hungry. Try to figure out whether you are just hungry or whether you are just wanting a flavor in your mouth.

Have you been taking your measurements (chest, waist, hips)? When you eat right and exercise properly, you burn fat and gain muscle. Since muscle is denser and heavier than fat, you can actually gain weight while improving your health. The real proof is in the inches lost, not in the pounds.

Under NO circumstances, should you take diet pills! Yes, they will help you to lose weight. And the instant you stop shelling out the money for them, you will gain back all the weight they caused you to lose... plus more.

you are probly losing fat and gaining muscle. Don't get your panties in a knot.

Weightloss is not measured by the scale especially if you are exercising. It is measured by the measuring tape. Your body mass can easily increase, as it should, if you are exercising. Although the mass increases, the girth will decrease. Your body is making exchanges for unhealthy fat to healthy muscles, bone. This exchanges also needs water to feed and heal this exchange. My advice...keep doing what you are doing and stay off the scale...it is causing you too much stress.
