not good...try working out such as using weights which will burn more fat...also add it with a through 30minute run which will also help you drop weight fast.....just diet wont cut it...also your diet plan is wrong..you have to eat about 6 SMALL healthy meals per day...such as a light breakfast then after like 3 hours a light fruit and nutes snack...garentee you lose more weight faster then you are losing now if you combine diet and exercise

Get that hiphop abs exercises on CD. Search the net. It's fun and effective.

first off your on the right track eating healthy.. but too much of anything is bad for you.
take it slow.
stretch... go to gym and ride stationary bikes and jog. play basketball and raquetball
but take your time or you can do more harm.

It's great that you're really motivated but if you want the weight to stay off once you lose it, you need to lose it in a healthy way. The fastest you should try to lose weight is two pounds per week. You can do that by eating about 1500 calories a day (frequent small meals) and burning an extra 500 calories a day; I recommend an hour on the elliptical machine if you're fairly fit, otherwise start with a half hour or so and add more walking to your daily routine.

No such thing! You could probably loose weight in fluids and not fat. It is totally unhealthy to do crash diets and you will end up gaining more weight in the long run.
The secret is to be patient and determined. You are young enough to develop a healthy lifestyle. Eat a balanced diet (no junk food, sweets, cakes, etc. and reasonable portions), EXERCISE and again be determined and patient!

basically the only way your going to lose 2 pounds in an hour or 2 is to lose water weight. This does nothing for your weight loss in the long run so it's more beneficial to make a lifestyle change and stick wiith it. remember water is heavy so if you drink a bunch of water and then jump on the scale, you will see a pound or 2 increase in weight. This isn't really bodyweight as this doesn't affect your bodyfat or physique. My advice is keep driniking lots of water and maybe shoot for 2 pounds per week. in a couple weeks you should see a pound or 2 difference on the scale and within a month you will start to see your physique change even though you may have only lost a pound or 2. Just stick with it! Find something active that you like to do, put away the fattening foods and sodas and you'll be fine : )
