Can you stick your stomach out?!


Question: I do a lot of cardiovascular exercise as well as weightlifting which includes abs/core/balance work. I also eat very healthy as well. (I do splurge on kashi overload sometimes)

I notice that I can stick my stomach really far out though. When I flex I have a six pack. Is it normal to be able to make it stick out?

Yes it is. Though mine sticks out naturally.
The muscles do contract. It's good that you can control them like that.

i can only do it like 1 or 1 1/2 inches out
