Eat right and work out, its actually quite simple.

Eat healthy foods and no junkfood and stay warm.

Practice qigong! or yoga, or tai chi or meditation in general...and eat right!

You can look on the internet for healthy diets. my husband recently had to get healthy and he went on the palio diet.
exercise everyday from running to walking or even dancing.

I must say that I hate doctors. I find them to be scary and I don't care for them at all. Basically, get your vitamins and eat healthy food that is fresh. If your feeling under the weather, be smart take some rest and maybe go get some medicine from the pharmacy. Just keep your self active and eat well, brush your teeth, get your sleep, take your shower, and keep your mental self happy.
