How to loose weight quick??!
Question: hi im a guy 18 years old and my height is 5'8 and i weigh about 200 pounds. about a month ago i decided that i want to loose about 50 - 70 pounds. so i started dieting and regular workouts. but the thing is i don't loose weight enough. like everytime before and after i go to gym i weigh my body. the thing that most frustrates me is that when i'm done with exercising or work-out i lost about 2 pounds and the next day when i weigh again before i work-out i gained 2 pounds. It really makes me mad because i'm working hard to loose weight with all the diet and exercising stuff but i'm not loosing enough. btw i usually only eat twice a day, because i sleep about 2 am.
