Why are you still sitting there? Go, get out there! It will probably help you start feeling better. Now get! Have a good run and a Merry Christmas.

all depends how sick you were. and how you feel now.

hiii i do the same thing everydayy but when im sikkk i dont risk it
i did a few times but yerrrr i had to think about it for a few mins Merry Xmas =]

if you think some fresh air might do you good and you're not feeling nauseous then yes, but it won't harm missing your run one time if you're not feeling up to it. it depends on how you feel!

Just a short one. It's to cold today, anyway.

All depends on the severity of your symptoms. If you just have a runny nose and feel a little down, no problem - a short run will most likely make you feel better. If you feel drained of energy, muscle pains, headaches, etc - stay in and rest. Make people pamper you and enjoy it :) Hope you get well soon!

go for a walk instead. you'll get fresh air and light exercise without exhausting your - probably still weakened - system.

you should go for a walk but DON'T RUN!!!!!!!!!!
if you need some fresh air, go to the park, and walk...but when you run, your stomach is turned.....when you feel yourself again, then go jogging...NO running...you should start running again after a couple of days, when you are completely healthy, and when you have found your shape again....

GET WELL SOON!!!!!!!
