Holiday plan?!


Question: its holidays now and since i have no school - i do much less sports. all my relatives are coming so im gonna spend next two weeks just sitting around and eating all the high calorie stuff my grandmas cook. i wont be able to do a lot of sports except tennis lessons for 60 minutes 2 or 3 times a week. i decided and started today to do about 15-25 excersizes such as situps, crunches and other things everymorning. will this help me stay fit and not gain more than a pound? how do u stay skinny during times like that?

you are not going to gain that much weight. You are on the right path by doing what is called "calistetics" thre are simple things that you can do in the confines of your household.

Basically you can do
1.Crunches
2.Sit-Ups
3.6' Inches(basically lay on your back and lift both of your legs up in the air about 6' off the ground
4.Push ups.

The one thing that you want to remember is not to just bust it out and do 50 of each. Do them in sets.So basically you would do about 10 of each maybe 5 times.Something like that shoud keep you in a good relaxed motion until you are able to get back into your daily activities.
