Okay so i've decided to change?!

Question: on thursday i'm getting a new haircut (for the new year) and i'v decided this would be a good time to have a fresh start. i'm going to start working out and eating healthy to get that movie star body (i've got an okay one so i think i can do it) and i'm going to start being more patient, caring, and i'm gonna live my life to the fullest.

can someone give me any tips on getting motivated?? i usually have trouble getting on the tredmill to get those nice legs i've always wanted. i really want a nice body for high school...do you think i can do this in six months if i have an alright one now??

You need to keep a journel. Put your thoughts on paper like you were talking to someone you really like and respect. That if you failed you know they would be disappointed. But, don't be so hard on yourself that if you slip you won't get back up and begin again. Take small steps. If you plan too much and overdo, then you'll be tempted to not try at all. Make a list and prioritize. The new hair cut is a positive first step. Get pictures of models wearing the style of clothes you like so you can have a mental picture of yourself at goal's end. Change your makeup. Don't be afraid to try new things. Who knows? You could start a new trend that will sweep the country. As for being more patient and caring, read Corinthians 13 in the Bible. Above all be honest with yourself and others.
