Is it better to eat something every 3 hours or 4 hours?!


Question: Eat a good breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Not enough to get stuffed and uncomfortable. Then have 2-3 snacks when you get hungry during the day. Like a granola bar that you like, a banana, apple, a little box of raisins. Look through a health for store to find little snacks. Nuts are great too. Like 12 almonds. A small piece or two of real dark chocolate is very healthy too. (Who would have thought that! Right?!)
If you're lucky enough to have Trader Joe's, walk through the aisles there. EVERYTHING is good there for snacks or meals.
Even the 99cent store has some great little bags of goodies that are healthy. Good luck!! :)

It is only good to eat something whenever you are hungry. You don't have to wait for a certain period!

i think its better to listen to your body when its hungry and needs energy. Not starve it.
