Based on the premise that you don't exercise, I would say, get rid of the meal at 3:40. Instead, eat some sort of fruit, one that you like.

Also, for desert, rather than some sugary food item, have a fruit, or a home-made fruit salad. This will reduce a lot of fat intake.

I would like to recommend that you DO exercise. You don't need to go out and lift 200 lbs, or do anything extraordinary to others. Just go and take a walk around your block for at least 30 minutes non-stop at least 5 days per week. The CDC recommends this for great benefit towards your heart and the vascular system.

However, no advise can be taken over that of your doctor! If you don't have one, or can't afford one, try going to a free-clinic (most large hospitals have one). It's very important that you get a medical doctor (or Osteopathic doctor) to help you out.

It looks pretty good. Although 4 big meals is an indication of too much. It is good that you eat 4 meals instead of 3 but I would cut down on the size of the last two meals. Having so much food that late in the evening is going to be a problem. Especially so if you don't exercise.

Other than that, it looks fine. Portions matter too, not just the type of food. Cut them down and you should be fine.

Your 3:40 meal should be another light snack. Trail Mix of nuts and fruit would be ideal.

I would also drink more water. I can't get through a day without drinking at least 2 liters.

Hey, your routine doesn't sound too bad but I recommend adding a snack of nuts and raisins at lunch. Because of the filling effect of eating those nuts will fill you and then you won't need to eat that 3:40 snack, which will eliminate those temptations to eat more and more.

If you are interested in cutting out the junk foods you could invest in 100 calorie packs and then wean your self completely off junk. It might take a while but I promise you that once you hit that point where you no longer crave food you will feel amazing. Also, if you don't keep junk foods in you home then you won't fall into the trap of boredom eating. Try to replace junk with dried fruits, I recommend dried mango (it is amazing!), and fresh veggies.

I hope this helps you!
