Best way to get great abs when I have a gut?!

Question: I have heard you gotta diet and get rid of the fat, and only then you can show great abs even though you might have had the muscle all along. Is this true? Any other tips?

yes, this is true that you must lose fat to see your abs. Best way to do this is practice portion control, eating healthier but don't cut out all bad foods that you eat as it will lead to binging and demotivation. check out the food guide for guidelines & 80-90% of weight loss and definition will come from diet alone. excerising will help tone and make the weight fall off faster.

Yeh this is true. A person may be really overweight and still have a six pack, but it can't be seen obviously through the fat on the stomach. To have a visible six pack there needs to be next to no fat on your abdo region.

liposuction? hey you asked!! if you already have the abs all u need to do is get rid of the fat right? So lipo...
