Question: Hey, im 15 years old and i want to get bigger and buffer without taking steroids or creatine. I am an average person leaning to the fat side just a little bit. I work out everyday and try to get buff but i really see no results. Is there something i am not doing/forgetting??? please help. Thanks

Change the number of reps that you do. Either make it lighter so you can do a few more reps or make it heavier so that you can only do a few. Your muscles will reach a plateau and stay there if your workouts remain the same. You need to shock your muscles occasionally. It's like someone suddenly slapping you in the face for no reason. You will likely react somehow. Do something to your muscles that they are not expecting.

You're overtraining.

Do you eat steak? Beef?

You're getting creatine from both of those sources...it's perfectly normal and healthy

Essentially one three things is happening.

1) The way you are working out is not properly taxing your bodies muscles (including your heart) and you should read up on Crossfit above.

2) You are eating in an unhealthy way and your body cannot repair itself form the workouts that you complete.

3) You have a medical problem and need to see a doctor.

All of the above is common sense. It is not a weirdo diet or workout program. Read up on the listed sites for more iinformation.

Ever heard the remark "not everyone is a carpenter"?

Well not all bodies can be buff. If you're serious and before you really hurt yourself have your parent make an appointment with the family doctor. Yeah, it'll cost about $90 but hey, you want the buff? Gotta pay for the information. It's not free. The doctor will examine you and determine if your body is capable of getting buff. If not, go do something else. Skinny guys still get some of the pretty girls. Besides pretty girls tend to use skinny guys to make buffy guys jealous. Been there done that.

Besides there's really only ONE AREA girls want a guy with buff .... do I need to spell it out!

To REALLY bulk up, do more weight with less reps. If you wanna lose some of that fat, do some cardio as well. That'll also help make your muscles look more defined by getting you leaner and more toned, making you look more buff in the process.
