plan out your dates and do something that requires, at the very least, walking

go to the mall, go swimming, ice skating, go walk in the park, prepare HEALTHY meals just for fun....theres plenty you can do. get into exercising and being healthy yourself too - its good for you, you feel better in and out, and it should inspire your bf

good luck! happy holidays

You can't do anything, he needs to take control. You can let him know that you are worried about his health and you don't want anything to happen to him for being overweight. You can do things together like exercise, go for walks, eat healthy foods etc; be supportive

make him a salad.

I think you should give him some of these ideas. Tell him to go to the supermarket and pick out some healthy foods. Then tell him you want to go on a walk with him but don't tell him that you want to go on the walk so he'll lose weight, you'll get to know each other better and he'll be losing weight. Take him to the gym that will definitely work. If he refuses to do these things tell him that you care about him and don't want to see him like this then tell him if he doesn't start cutting down his weight and listening you'll... break up with him.
Hope this helps :)

Well, keep his feelings in mind, you may hurt him if you try to tell him to get some healthier eating habits.
Perhaps ask him to join a sport with you?
Or to take a walk down the trail with you once a day, holding hands, it won't seam like exercize, but some quality time together as a young couple.
Instead of going out and eating pizza at the mall, get a sub or a wrap instead. Maybe join a sport together.
And you'll both lose some weight. :)
Anyways, happy holidays, and I hope this helps!
