  • Before dinner. Exercise is proven to decrease your appetite, so after you work out, you are less likely to overeat.

    Just make sure you eat something small about an hour before you are going to exercise, so you have enough energy.

    Before dinner have a good excercise, eat little.
    If married have pleasant sex.
    this will improve your body structure.

    Before you eat. If you exercise before you eat, you'll burn the calories stored as fat instead of the food that's just hit your system. Plus, as someone else already said, it decreases your appetite so you're not as hungry.

    Even better? Exercise when you first get up, before breakfast. The oxygenated blood will rush to your brain in the morning and will make you more alert throughout the day. Studies have also shown that those who exercise in the evening can develop insomnia, because of the exact reason I stated on why you should do it in the morning. The oxygen makes the brain more alert.

    Oh, before I forget. If you exercise before the meal wait at least 30 minutes after the exercise before eating. Otherwise you've defeated the purpose of trying to burn the body calories as opposed to burning the calories you've ingested.

    i agree with what others said about before dinner BUT if you dont eat late and u dont eat much u might as well exercise hour or two after dinner
