Gained 20 pounds!?!


Question: i'm so fat! i'm 13 and i gained 20 pounds in only 3 weeks my stomache is soft and i'm very big in the middle,y did i gain so much in such a short amount of time?
by the way i'm 4'9" and 145 pounds

maybe you ate alot of food that has fat in it. give me some of that fat. I have a hard time gaining weight. try eating some healthy food like fruits.

GO to the doctor. Maybe you are sick, or you have been eating alot of junk.

RELAX! what were you eating during those three weeks? try eating healthier, and exercising. But, you are way toooo young to diet.

Well... I'm 12 and I'm like 5'5.. dunno... but I weigh 150, and you just put on pounds. Get rid of those by buying the BIGGEST LOSER workout! It helps a lot! My sister has been doing it and she lost 50 pounds DOING IT!!

its normal for you to be gaining weight during puberty. it might not all be fat...if your not noticably "fatter" if could be that you are gaining muscle or muscle mass Puberty is a wierd faze we all go throw, for better or worse. dont stress about it to much,

eat less and exercise more. give yourself 5 months to lose it.
heavy folks don't know it but the weight makes you feel and act like an old person.

heavy folks just don't realize the life they "could" have had if their body only had the chance to live it.

There are different types of bodies, and it depends on the body type. Roughly, there are apples and peaches. Apples are mostly men. They tend to have their fat around their midriff. They have huge bellies, and may have small butts and normal legs and arms.
It looks like you are an "apple". All your weight goes into your midriff.
Start exercising.

dont eat any sugar for 4 weeks, also stay away from carbs (pasta, bread, etc.) you will loose atleast 15 lbs

just work hard to loose that fat if you want, but are you sure you look fat or are you getting pretty muscular, and have some fat w/e just work hard
