How can I lose 10 pounds in less then a week?!

Work out as much as possible, run, run and run, DDR if you have it. And then eat small portions of healthy food and don't eat after 6 at night and before 8 in the morning

take like mad laxitives it will make you loose close to 3-4 pounds of **** lol

Go to the GYM or buy a home GYM.

exercise and eat healthy food.
go on walks or jogs in the morning and dont lay around all day.
also eat enough food to be satisfied but dont eat a bunch of cookies or chocolate.

proper diet, and exersice, maybe go to the gym and find ur self a good trainer that can help u out

you cant do it in a healthy way. your body can only lose 3-4 lbs per one week if you dont want to have nasty side effects

How about starving yourself?

I really don't see how that's even possible, especially this time of year when most of us overindulge during the Holidays.

well that would be very unhealthy, but. eat nothing but energy bars. run until you fall over everyday and only drink water.

Depending on what you weigh now, losing 10 pounds in 1 week can be dangerous. There are no shortcuts to weight loss, so eat less and exercise more and within a couple weeks you will be happy.

have a SMALL ( i know thats not small :P, but making it stand out) ! breakfast! before 9 o clock!...then have another small meal at around 4 o clock! and then another an hour before u go to sleep!...add to this excercising like a crazed chicken! and ur bang on target to lose 10 pounds!...and probably ur will to live but hey!! :-P

sorry, you cant loose 10 lbs in week. even if you did not eat at all for a week and exercised a couple hours a day, you would still not be able to loose 10 lbs. (unless you exercised like 24/7, literally).

water weight is easiest to lose, do not I repeat do not change your eating habits drastically. Also eat more often and eat less when you do, go from 3 meals a day to 6-8 smaller snacks a day. This increases your metabolism. Also once you lose your initial weight stay on the same plan of diet, and get on a routine excersize plan. aerobics before you go to bed is easy and less time consuming. stick with it. BTW you lose weight from the top down, so the mid section is one of the last areas to lose the weight.

If you can do it cabbage soup diet is the best diet to lose weight fast if you want you can look on line for 7 day cabbage soup diet

Ummm...If I were you Id diet and excercise...Thats the best way to lose wait PERIOD.

uhhm..one week? ten pounds, doenst seem so easy, but you can try, and if it doesnt happen in one week try 3. its a bit easier, the basic stuff, dont eat fatting this, substitue chips with an apple, they fill you up and not fatttning at all, also if it weight you want to loose in your midsection try constant sit up, also drink TON and TONS of water, aviod gum at every possible cost, becasue it make you hungrier, dont starve yourslef, because when you eat you get more carbs. just try pushup maybe liek 2 times and hour every day, lots of water, and appkleas, and other fruits like grapes or oragnes, and eat sandwhiches, not the kind loaded with chesse but liek roast beef, which doenst have fat and avoid mayonase, if you stick to this ofr a while you can loose more then 10 pounds hun!

how bout just cut out wheat (cakes,bread,biscuits) things like that.drink lots of water and just cut out sweets etc....the south beach diet could be one to choose.i don't think it'll gie you really fast weight loss but it's pretty good....it's better to lose weight slower anyway.
