1. Eat plenty of fiber, including brown rice and organically-grown fresh fruits and vegetables. Beets, radishes, artichokes, cabbage, broccoli, spirulina, chlorella, and seaweed are excellent detoxifying foods.

2. Take vitamin C, which helps the body produce glutathione, a liver compound that drives away toxins.

3. Drink at least 2 quarts of water daily.

4. Breathe deeply to allow oxygen to circulate more completely through your system.

5. Transform stress by emphasizing positive emotions.

6. Practice hydrotherapy by taking a very hot shower for five minutes, allowing the water to run on your back. Follow with cold water for 30 seconds. Do this three times, and then get into bed for 30 minutes.

If you add esom salt, it will help. add 1/4 tea spoon of cyanne pepper, it draws,

Don't bother! The science behind "detoxong" is bogus. It is just an industry which relys of fear to bilk the public of their hard earned money. Aside from drinking a healty amount of water daily nothing is needed. Your body detoxes itself naturally. Penn and Teller did a whole show debunking the detox myth. I am sorry,but I personally do not know how to do it,but I decided to write to you to commend you for the right approach ,you are taking,to change your life style.

One thing I can tell you,is that I have lived the last 20 years of my life with a step son,which I have been supporting,and have seen the way controlled substances can ruin a young person life.Up until today all the effort that my self and his mother have been putting forward,have been in vain.There is nothing we can say nor do,that can help this man out of his addiction.

I do not know you,but I hope that you can maintain your resolution throughout the year and than ,your life time.

drink water (all day) and warm milk with herbs (at night)

eat lots of fruits and vegetables, not a lot of grain, NO junk food

excersize regularly, mainly yoga and meditation

NO alchohol

Go to bed early (9:00)

Avoid stress-related situations

Wear loose, carefree clothes

shower regularly, maybe twice a day

don't binge, purge, starve yourself, or use laxatives. this is really toxifying, and i strongly recommend NOT DOING IT.

wipe the board clean in a natural way.

Well at GNC you can take the colon cleansing pills... also they have kit for other organs too. packed with nutrients/vitamins.

Green tea

A lot of people are telling you to drink a lot of water. Unless you have a GOOD water filter that could be bad advice. Most tap water is full of chlorine and fluoride which aren't good for you. If you can get reverse osmosis bottled water or Perrier.

I tried to find the Penn and Teller video because I was skeptical, but the link didn't work and I couldn't find it on youtube. But, I have to ask, are you going to believe Penn and Teller as the experts on detoxification? Lately I've been looking using foot pads to help detox heavy metals and the like, and I've been getting dark foot pads in the morning. The testimonials I've read are pretty interesting, particularly the one by a chemist who tested the pads before and after use.
