I really admire how you are trying to do something about it instead of just sitting there and accepting it. I would start running, i used to be a fat *** but i lost around 3 stone in 4 months. I ran every day and you have to bare in mind that im quick but yeh, it worked. Start by jogging or running around the block and slowly increase your speed and the distance you run for.

Good luck.

Slim fast works good.

try the easy no sugar no flour way to eat. YOu will lose weight.

good luck

I think u might need to help a personal trainer that can motivate u and help you at everything u need. good luck.

this is how a lost almost 30 pounds, no lie. i took my mp3 player with me and i went for an hour walk every night, it really helped, good luck.

Hon, there is no magic way to do it. What you need is not a "diet", but a lifestyle change. This means you have to start eating better (no sugary snacks, desserts, candy, soda, fatty & fried foods), and you have to find some exercises that you enjoy, and do them everyday. If this was easy, everyone would do it, right? But if you really want to lose weight, you'll need to eat better & exercise. Good Luck!

Do not dispare. The real secret is cutting down on the carbs and calories.

Set yourself a daily maximum goal of how many carbs you will intake.

I'm on a 150 carb a day diet which I follow. With the carb count the calories will follow.

Don't try a fad California diet. They don't work.

I know you said no pills but this is honestly a scott free substance that works very well... take Hydroxycut its the real deal and no side affects.... plus exercise everyday with that and dont be stupid about wat u eat trust me

try to eat healthy and dietetic food, and move as much as you can!:) if you like, u can run,a no i don't know if you know, but ruuning makes u happy1:) so have a happy and healthy life:)

start excercising and eat a balance of grain, veggies, poultry, fruit, and protein. Get off the couch and go outside! Take a nature walk or hike. If you do this everyday I will guarantee you will lose about 20 pounds in months! Start now

i lost 140 lbs with the HMR program. The shakes are great. But after a few months i substituted their meals for lean cuisines and smartones just keep the calories underwraps oh yeah and bust your *** in the gym

go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m.
I know a woman who lost 60 pounds a month on it. She did nothing else!

First of all don't call yourself fat. You need to look at what you are taking in for food. Make a chart. Buy the Biggest Loser calorie counter book. Find your age, desired weight you should be and watch your calorie intake. Drinking lots of water is good, when you feel like eating snacks or in between meals drink a glass of water. Maybe a dietician can help you with a daily menu and intake. Good luck. I know its hard, but you can do it. Don't let others put you down, you are who you are and be proud of it.

If you are serious you should contact Weight Watchers and join a gym. DO not feel bad about the liveer. That is very common in people who are over weight and eat the wrong foods. I too have that. I have lost 80 pounds and am still dieting and the gym workd wonders. even just using the treadmill. but dieting is not wasy and you have to make it a lifestyle change. Good luck to you and you can do it. If I can...anyone can!!!

go to the gym...hire a nutritionist and trainer.

Technically there is no such things as diet. Set goals, make a chart if it's that bad I suggest you start now because if you are too overweight then you health insurance won't cover you since you would be more prone to heart attacks and stroke. I would also sugest that you visit your doctor so you can know the maximum amount of pounds you are able to shed without anything going wrong. Also cut down on candy. I sugest you have one day every week where you give in to cravings so that you don't totally starve yourself and go overboard. Visit you locally gym a few times a week and buy organic food products. It's not a diet it's just a different lifestyle choice. Good luck on your weight losing journey.

P.S If you can't stick to your own sched, then join Weight Watchers or something that will give you better foods on schedule so you don't stray from your path. :)

Try www.myfooddiary.com. For about $10 per month you can track you calories fat and everything else about your food really easily. They have a database of all common foods so you just search for what you ate, like "apple pie" then tell it how much you had like "1 slice". The program will tell you how much more you can eat during that day and still lose weight. Also you can enter any exercise you did and that means you can eat more calories that day. It is all customized to you so it will be different for you than someone who is male or has a different body type, of is less active. Also it has a really good forum where people can discuss strategies and give support to each other.

I hope you know this cant be done fast. For one thing, if you lose it too fast, you'll have a lot of sagging and probably end up putting it back on and then some. I've been fighting this battle most of my life and am ashamed to say, that at 70, I'm still waging war against fat. The best suggestion that I can make is going to Weight Watchers. Some have meetings for younger people. They offer a sensible diet and exercise. I know it's a temptation to try to lose the weight fast, but, please, take it from me, it's bad to do. Weight Watchers will work as a support group and there's something about weighing in with other people that keeps you motivated. I've lost 40 pounds in 8 months. That doesnt sound like much, I know, but at my age, it's what the doctor recommended. You-obviously can lose much more than that. The important part is making it a daily thing. You wont be going on a diet-you'll be changing a habit and that takes time. Good luck and God bless you.

First of all, I don't believe in diets. I have maintained a weight of 120 lbs. for several years because I live a certain way. It's a lifestyle. That doesn't mean I don't have eat unhealthy things, I just make better choices during the day, so when I do indulge, it's not going to kill me. To lose weight, you need to eat the right things and you have to move - stay away from pre-packaged foods, eat lean chicken and fish, shop in the produce aisle, and try to keep sugar out of your diet as much as possible. No soda, not even diet soda! Drink water instead of juice. You would be surprised how much sugar is in that stuff. Cook with a little olive oil in the pan and eat nothing that is breaded and/or fried. Read food labels - stay away from anything that includes anything hydrogenated or as corn syrup. Get out and exercise. Even a 30 minute brisk walk every day will give you results. Lastly, have patience. Anything that gives you quick results will not work in the long run and starving yourself will cause your body to put on extra weight to protect itself in case you decide to "starve" again. Once you lose the weight, you can eat things that aren't necessarily good for you. (I would die if I couldn't indulge in a great meal at a restaurant or order chicken wings) You just cant go overboard. In all honesty, once you become healthy, your cravings for things that are bad for you level off quite bit. In fact, the thought of eating McDonalds makes me a little queasy. Hope it helps

Losing weight is easy in theory - Stop eating so damned much and get off your rear. Unfortunately, it can be a difficult task in "real life". I think you should see a weight-loss counselor or go to Overeaters Anonymous meetings. They can help with the psychological aspects of eating.

Anyone with a fourth grade level health textbook knows what a healthy diet consists of and knows of the benefits of exercise, but actually doing it is the tough part. Be careful with your exercises. Heavy people can tear up their joints with high-impact aerobic exercise, like running. All that weight pounds on your bones and joints and can do major damage. Walking is good (and free) or something else low-impact like elliptical machine. Pilates or yoga are bogus as per giving you a good aerobic workout, but they may help with flexibility, if that's a concern. Have you tried Curves? That might be a good place to start.

And as many people know, losing weight is much easier than keeping it off. Good luck.

There are lots of things that affect your weight. I suggest you
