I have three days to lose 5 pounds. How do I do it?!

Yes, this is possible. But, it will be a quick fix and will be water weight that you lose. You need to sweat. Put on HEAVY sweats, or layers and exercise (cardio). You can also wrap your torso in saran wrap, in between. I know this sounds nuts, but it makes you sweat. Make sure you use the bathroom right before weigh in, and eat light foods like fruit and veggies. This digest easily and won't sit in your stomach causing extra weight. good luck!

try to not eat junk food or sweets and excercise but dont excercise that you do too much you dont feel good and theres pain after it.

i wish i could lose wieght like 10 pounds just exersize a ton!

I suggest using an exercise bike for about 5-10 miles on performance training mode.

I have a buddy who had to lose some weight before he was able to join the military, so he hung out in the spa for a fairly long time and didn't drink much water. Basically, he sweated the extra weight away. Be careful, though, you don't want to go overboard cause you'll feel sick

Sleep in garbage bags in a warm room so that you sweat constantly. stay hydrated, dont eat much. Run with many layers of clothes on + stocking hat. A wrestler friend of mine would do this. it probably isn't healthy but I guess that is your choice.

replace all your drinks with water.. no soda, juice, liquor..

its possible, but its really unhealthy and you're more likely to gain more weight after you do that.

you might as well just replace your drinks with water and excercise regularly, eat low carb foods, vegetables and fruits, but dont over eat them. cut out the starches in your diet and you'll lose weight! gl

get rid of all processed foods and sugar- no soda, no juice, just water and salads without fatty dressings (try italian). and eat a string cheese and banana or orange for breakfast- it is relatively filling, but still good for you. good luck!

I'd suggest lots of cardio and a high protein low carb diet. You also want to hit the sauna. You can probably dump two pounds (of water) just by not eating several hours before your weigh-in, doing 2 hours of intense cardio and then an hour in the sauna. Not very good for you, though.
