Yes! Drink lots of water as well. Oh, try to squeeze in 1 more serving of dairy wether it's at lunch or breakfast because there is no guarantee that you'll eat both dairy snacks. Unless you have lactose problems then one serving is good.

Dont' forget to let yourself have a treat sometimes too. Something greasy and good. Or a sweet cake. Your body really does want it!

ketchup and cottage cheese for me.

The more protein the better. Don't cut lean meats or other proteins out of dinner:) It will help you build muscle...which, in turn, helps burn fat.

I wish you discipline and luck!

Edit: You can have more than 2 snacks! Just make sure they follow along the same lines as the rest of your plan. Examples: unsalted peanuts, fat free cottage cheese with tomato slices.

Most importantly, make sure you are not starving yourself. I know, people say this all the time. But, if the "diet" is too restrictive, you are less likely to stick to it. I would rather eat a little more each day and stick with the plan longer...wouldn't you? Good health to you!

Sounds very low cal, but if your'e dieting it will work!

keep up the good work

that sounds very proportional and healthy to me.
but don't forget the excercise!
