Can eating only oranges for 2 days help u lose weight?!


Question: first off i know its very unhealthy.but im to do this as a way to jumpstart my diet a bit.ill also drink lots of water to.ive currently dropped from 258 to 239 and want to lose a little more.im a 17yr old boy and my heights 5-8 to 5-9.i know doing this is very unhealthy but ive done something similiar to it in the past and never gained the weight back.i just needed to know how much i can expect to lose if i was to do this.thanks alot.

yes it can because oranges are healthy and it is a fruit so it its healthy so if you eat healthy and right all the time you will lose weight stay fit strong and in tip top shape.

Two days of just oranges, you won't lose anything worth mentioning. There is no reason to jump start your diet. Just start a balanced, healthy diet rich in protien and complex carbs (whole grains, fruit, veggies); and low in fat and junk carbs (sugar, refined grains). And just as important, start exercising daily. Do both and you are doing great, the weight will come off and you are on your way to fit lifestyle. Do only one or the other, and you are just gimping yourself. Why not get the most out of it you can. Good luck.

2 days is not long enough to lose any significant weight. losing weight is a slow process. just keep eating healthy and working out and the weight will eventually start to come off.
