Workout diet help?!

Question: I am planning to book a session with a personal trainer to work on a new workout routine. I plan to visit the gym 3-4 times a week, maybe more if it will work better but i know you can over-train, but I am currently looking for a good diet to coincide with the new workout. Can anyone help with this? Does anyone know of anywhere on the net where I can find a sample diet that I can fit into my daily routine? Many thanks

Lean proteins: chicken breast, turkey breast, protein powders, and fish

Complex carbs: Potatoes, oatmeal, brown rice, whole wheat pastas, breads, and cereals...

Eat 5-6 meals a day and increase your protein.

Hit high amount of complex carbs and protein for breakfast is the most important tip I can give you right now.

It depends what your goals are. Do you want to bulk up and gain muscle mass, or do you want to lose fat? Either way, just use common sense. Lots of fruit and veggies, lean meat, no candy or soda or fast food or anything fried.

Mediterranean Diet. Lot of Fruits and Veggies. whole grains. Lots of water. Baked not fried food. No sodas.
