first of all, if you already entered puberty, you see some enhancements yourself and you can lift some 2 kg (cca 4.4 pounds) weight on each hand about 75-125 lifts in 1 series, lets say... 2 series per day. and that shouldn't be so heavy, right... but that way you'll train your physical strength (enlarge your muscle) and your muscle's physical condition and physical endurance. that's slower but healthier way. faster but unhealthier way would be lifting 10 kilos (20-22 pounds) three series per day and 10 lifts per series. if you want to choose from these two methods, I'd STRONGLY recommend the 1st one.

also, if you haven't reached puberty yet, building your muscles is a pretty bad idea. in that case, you just need to wait.

Muscle exercise for the biceps...done regularly for at least three months under the supervision preferably by a physical education teacher or a physical therapist.
Muscles develop with regular use. The more they are used, the more developed they become.
