what should i do for accleration, speed, bigger body, nice 6 pack. need help on how many i should do each, and more. im a beginner. thnks im 15 yrs old and i need to know how to get explosive speed and a bigger body

im a soccer player also , your cardio from training/matches should be enough , work on the upper thighs for power , dont worry about getting big that will only slow you down , you need to be lean but strong and watch your diet to.

sprint work outs are great as well , and i always enjoyed the rowing machines for cardio/leg work outs ,
