Lifting free weights, and doing curls is suppose to be felt in the biceps, right!
Question: Did I not adjust the seat correctly, because I feel it more at the tip of the biceps in the joint, and not really the bicep muscle itself, or is getting a little soreness in that area going to make my arm bigger in that area ?

yes thats why they r call bicep curls
It should be felt in the biceps,the triceps and shoulders,provided you're doing isloation exercises that isolate the latter two.
