go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m.

eat healthy, work out.... dont be obsessed about ur weight. if ur doing wat u need 2 in order 2 loose weight then it shouldn't be a problem.

It's all about calories. Eat less calories per day. You can buy a cheap calorie paperback at any drug, health, or book store.
Star MOVING more!! Walking is the best exercise. Get out there and take a brisk walk for at least 20 minutes at least once a day. A treadmill or stationary bike, or swimming are good too.
Don't be a couch potato, drink lots of water (not soda pop!!) and cut out SUGAR! No desserts!! Good luck, hon. :)
