You must follow a diet in order to lose weight, i worked out for years and never lost nor gained weight because i wasnt on a diet. Try a diet lower in carbs to lose fat.

drink LOTS of water. because it helps digest food better, is a better substitute for many other sugary drinks, and also sometimes fills you up if you thought you were hungry. dont eat junk food, and try to stock up on fruits, veggies, and good carbs. do cardio, like running 3-5 days a week, and i promise you, youll see results by february!

well, my goal isn't nessecarily to lose weight. for me, i want to get muscle so that i look like i don't weigh as much, but i actually weigh a lot more than people think i do. don't go for the stick thin flab. go for the rock hard abs!

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.
